When you can request an exchange
We’re happy to arrange an exchange if your item:
- Arrives defective, broken, or damaged
- Is the wrong item from what you ordered
Exchange requests must be made within 48–72 hours of delivery.

Size & fit exchanges (clothing)
Little ones grow fast! For clothing items, we’re glad to help with a size exchange within 48–72 hours of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Please note that shipping costs for size or fit exchanges may be the customer’s responsibility.

What we need from you
To start an exchange, please send your order number, full name, and — for defective or wrong items — clear photos or a short video showing the issue, so our Customer Care Team can verify and act quickly.

How exchanges work
Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement and confirm the details by email. For defective or wrong items, you usually won’t need to ship the original back — we’ll let you know if we do. Replacements are subject to stock availability; if an item is unavailable, we’ll offer a suitable alternative or a refund.

What we can’t exchange
We’re unable to offer exchanges for:
- Items reported more than 72 hours after delivery
- Clothing that has been worn, washed, or had tags removed
- Damage caused by incorrect use or handling
- Final-sale or clearance items (where marked)
